Syncing takes hours to complete

Each Morning (5:30+ a.m.) I attempt to sync my Charge 5 to discover sleep score. The syncing process goes on for hours. Times out. Finally, sometime just before noon, the syncing process is successful. 

How can this be resolved ??   Can it be resolved. ??   Waiting hours for the data to move from the Fitbit to the Pixel is unacceptable.

 

I reboot my Pixel 6a, and the Fitbit several times - no joy.

Hi. @BusterPetLuma, welcome, it should only take seconds, you may find this article of interest Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center . Remember you need an internet connection to sync.
