Fitbit 5 charge stopped working

Hi. I've purchased my fitbit charge 5 on Amazon, on October 27 last year. I received the product on November 13th. This is the seller I bought the fitbit from: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BXH5MC1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

The device stopped working today. It used to work fine until December, in January I stopped using it. And then, a few weeks ago I started to use it occasionally to track my exercise. Today I went to the pool, started to swim, and it was working everything fine, I use to check the time I've been swimming periodically. Like after 40minutes of swimming it turned off, just wouldn't show the time anymore. I thought it was because it didn't have any battery, but after connecting it for charging, it just isn't starting or doing anything.

I would like to know if there is anyway to get refunded, or another device through the warranty of the product, and how should I proceed. According to amazon the support was ended on February 13th, so there is no way for me to contact the seller, but I think it is an official seller from fitbit.

Hi, @Enzo87 welcome to the community, I think Fitbit's return and warranty policy - Fitbit Help Center may apply. You should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before you reach out to them make a note of what happened so you can brief the agent clearly. If you have the benefit of the warranty the agent will need the full details including precisely who you bought from, Amazon may be an authorised seller where you are but others selling in the "Amazon market" are not.

Iv had same problem today and after several suggestions to fix. Nothing worked. Now been Offered 35% discount on next purchase. This charge 5 was a replacement by Fitbit as my charge 3 failed within warranty. Iv had it 9 months. They use the original purchase date warranty which is not satisfactory.
