Charge 5 wouldn't sync this morning. Re-established bluetooth connection. Now it syncs everything correctly except my workout this morning and my active minutes. Device says one thing and app says another. Frustrating.

I should also add that I've tried all the restart suggestions I've found here....phone, Fitbit app, device, button on the charger....no luck so far.

I am there with you. My Charge 5 started not matching my app yesterday and continues today. The steps match on both, but hourly activity that shows on the device doesn't show up at all on the app. My sleep didn't sync at all today, the zone minutes are non-existent for both days, and my weekly challenge with friends number of steps do not match the number of steps showing for the past 3 days.
I too have tried everything mentioned anywhere to fix it (Uninstalled and reinstalled app, made sure everything is updated, turned Fitbit off and on, restarted phone many times, etc.) Hoping whatever is going on is corrected soon.
