Waarom kan het apparaat niet in het Nederlands gezet worden we hebben het toch in België gekocht, het werkt alleen maar in het Engels en dat versta ik niet, voor mij was mijn polar die ik al 6 jaar had veel beter, spijtig

Hi, @Hilde9264 , welcome to the community, sadly this forum does not support Dutch but I have Google translate. In your online dashboard,>click the gear wheel in the top right>settings>scroll down to "Language by region or country">click the drop-down & select Nederlands.

I think this is what you are looking for, I hope this helps.
