The battery level on the Fitbit app doesn't update

Hi, I wonder if anyone has had this occur - my display top of Fitbit premium on mobile phone screen does not accurately reflect the % of charge remaining on my Charge 5 watch.  It has remained at 79% for 3x days now.

My device does sync and Fitbit continues to display other aspects eg HR, sleep etc.

any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi there, @Sewiknit2. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try syncing your Charge 5

As you may know, the battery level on the Fitbit app updates every time you sync.
