Charge 5 won't sync

Charges will in my car, no where else.

Stopped syncing and tried multiple times to restart as per fitbit, failed multiple times. Cannot sign in to google or fitbit. It's just not working. Charge 5, not old one.

Help please fitbit

Please note that we were having an outage with the Fitbit app yesterday, but this issue is now solved. Would you mind confirming whether the issue is solved now? 

If by any chance you are still having syncing issues, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.

It's been resolved.

Im back, able to log in and sync. Battery is charging 100%.

It was challenging .

All good now. Miracle happened yesterday.
