This is my 3rd Charge 5, and again, constant issues with sleep tracker. It works for a bit, then goes back to showing less sleep than I got, tracking it in bits and pieces. Now, I have a new iPhone and it won't sync with the Charge 5. I've tried rebooting the Bluetooth, deleting the Fitbit ap and reinstalling it, shutting down my phone and rebooting it, nothing works. I've had 3 Charge 5's now in a matter of 1.5 years. This is ridiculous. Not happy. Won't recommend to anyone. Main reason I got the Charge 5 was to track my steps, yes, but also to track my sleep, Very important at my age of 69. Ugh.

Thank you for your contribution to the community. I was considering a charge five to replace the two Fitbit. I currently am using. To track my sleep. I am using a charge two with a cracked screen. During the day I am using a charge for which had the strap connection point break just over 18 months after I purchased it so I wear it in my sock during the day to get my step And other daily information. Like you, I would be extremely frustrated if I had to replace a new charge by three times in a short period of time.
