I don't know what this means but after being silent from Fitbit's no fix on the Charge 5 issues I got this email congratulating me my rank or badge haa been removed or downgraded, I don't know what it means but who cares, seems Fitbit wants to silence the people who made complaints

I got the same email 😂 just as I’m back to only sporadically getting notifications on my charge 5 and having to constantly unpair/forget device/repair/restart etc etc at least 4/5 times a day - really frustrating
