Hi all, I figured this might be of interest to some of you for the future. My Charge 5 went black after being rinsed off in the sink. I tried restarting and and no luck. When I worked on electronics in university we used isopropyl to clean off dirty boards after working on them. So I decided to rinse my Charge 5 in isopropyl figuring it should help evaporate any water that made it's way into the device during the initial rinse off. After it dried for 30 minutes or so I was able to restart it with the cable and it seems fine now.
