I tried several solutions that you guys suggested, on my Charge 5 with no success. The screen remains black. I bought my watch 1.5 year ago. I am extremely disappointed. This is my third fitbit but it is my last one. I will not buy another one. Too much money spent for little use.

In the meantime, if you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
