Two Charge 5 devices not working

I've 2 fitbit charge 5 and both of them have different issues...

1. For one of them the fitbit display went off. When i put it for charge, it just gives some green pixels and distorted display... nothing more.

2. The 2nd fitbit, when i put for xharging, it vibrated and gave a error saying it is not charging. I wiped the back of the fitbit and again tried. It gave the same error. Third time, it just stopped vibrating, no response when charge cable is connected and it is not charging anymore. I tried resetting with the flat button 3 times but no response...

Same thing happening to me.  I've cleaned the back of the device and the charger and I get a virbration and then nothing.  Then I notice on the app that the Charge 5 has a firmware update but I can't get the FitBit to charge.

I don't really see any firmware updates pending. It's just not
charging...no logo, no vibration...

It's not difficult to find news like that. I don't know if Fitbit is doing something...

I strongly believe the battery charging has short after 2 tries in my case. As both fitbit charge 5 has run into problems for me, i somehow lost confidence in fitbit... and don't want to invest anymore
