How long does it take to get a refund after returning a new product? Customer service is unhelpful. It’s been 7 weeks since I shipped the product back and I’m frustrated that I have to follow up for my refund.
I will be filing a credit charge dispute.

I have yet to receive my refund for returning my Fitbit 5 on May 27, 2022
I originally purchased it on May 3, 2022
Customer services has been so frustrating, they seem clueless and send me in circles. This whole experience has been so frustrating, I will be filing a credit dispute.
