Hello,
I recently purchased a Charge 5 and have a Samsung S21 Plus phone. For the first couple of days if I received a text message on my phone, I would get a notification on the Charge 5 letting me know that I had a new text message. When I tapped to read the message, instead of opening the message and letting me read it ON the Charge 5, it opened the text message app on my phone instead.
It also has never let me reply to the message from the Charge 5.
Now for the past few days if I get a text message on the phone, the Charge 5 sends me a notification of the text message, but when I try to open the message.... it just goes back to the Clock face.
I have downloaded the newest update for the Charge 5, and I have searched this forum to find possible ways to fix this and nothing has worked. It seems to be some type of glitch.
How can I get this fixed?
