It always says that no internet connectivity

Hello @Dk9864 

 

Are you using Android? 

 

Have you tried switching Bluetooth off and on?  Other things to try are temporarily forgetting other devices connected to Bluetooth.  Maybe even the Charge 5 itself and then reconnecting.

 

Do you have an Adblocker on your phone? It might be worth temporarily switching it off while you change Clock Faces.
