Hello! During the setup process for adding a card to Google Wallet on my Charge 5 Fitbit, I am unable to complete the verification. Only one option comes up and it’s a phone number, however, the phone number shown for verification is the banks own number, not mine. The setup says to update any out of date contact info with the bank. My contact details are correct with the bank. Why is Fitbit/Google Wallet pulling the banks number rather than mine? Until that is sorted, I cannot see a way of completing the verification process and using Google Wallet on my Fitbit.

Hi, @lawarsop , welcome to the community, the final part of the process is your bank's approval of their card being used on your Charge 5. You will of course have the card present in the Google Wallet on your phone, the customary practice is to get approval via the bank's app on your phone. You may be able to find relevant advice at "Google Wallet" help.
