Hi,
Have been using Charge 5 since April 2022.
2 days ago, the app is unable to collect data from my Charge 5.
I have recharge the watch to full 100% and reset it.
I tried to unpair and repair again, unfortunately, the app is able to find Charge 5 BUT unable to connect it. What seems to be the issue.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @H4K. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to connect your Charge 5 again.
Please confirm that you have followed the steps of: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Does your tracker only show the Fitbit logo?
I'll be waiting for your response.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that you haven't been able to pair your Charge 5 with your Samsung Flip phone @H4K.
Is your phone model the flip fold?
I'll be waiting for your response.

Thanks for getting back to us and for confirming your phone model @H4K.
Our team is working on a fix to be able to pair and sync Fitbit devices with your phone model. Try to access to your Fitbit account from a different phone, you should be able to use that phone to sync/pair until this issue is resolved.
Have a nice day.

Andrea, can you confirm when this issue with the Z-Flip 3 started? My partner had a Charge 5 connected to her Z-Flip 3 previously. However, the Charge 5 died. We have received a warranty replacement but it will not connect to the Z Flip 3 that the old Charge 5 was connected to. That suggests that this is a new issue, as the Charge 5 connected fine before.
I can connect the Charge 5 to my Galaxy S21 and I can connect my Fitbit Versa 3 to my girlfriend's Z Flip 3 phone. But I can NOT connect the Charge 5 to the Z Flip 3 phone.
It would be very useful, no doubt for a lot of your customers, to know exactly which models of Fitbit are affected by the issue that your team is working on.

Hello everyone
There currently is an issue thats affecting fitbit users who are trying to connect to Samsung phones .
Samsung have just released an update to there phone range which renders all fitbits incapable of connecting via bluetooth.
I hope fitbit are working hard to come up with and update to there firmware to rectify this issue fast as my charge 5 is useless until they do ..

@fitman5 That can't be correct. Just this afternoon I was able to connect a Fitbit Versa 3 to my girlfriend's Samsung Z Flip 3 but I could not connect a Fitbit Charge 5. But the Charge 5 and Versa 3 both connected to my Samsung Galaxy S21. So it is definitely not a case of no Fitbits being able to connect to Samsung phones.
And both phones are up to date with the latest software available in our region.
Also, Samsung only develop there own UI, which is currently Samsung One UI version 5.0. The current version of Android is 13. But Android is not developed by Samsung, that's done by Google primarily.

My One and Blaze both work well with my Flip 3. How can these antiques pair and work (even though the Blaze side buttons no longer function) with my Flip but the Charge 5 no longer even pairs. I am being patient, but it is beginning to wear thin since I have had this problem since early December, posted numerous comments to this forum, and called technical support. I want to know how we are going to update our Charge 5 when mine won't even pair.

I've had to connect my girlfriend's Charge 5 to my Galaxy S21. Once a day I log on to her account and sync her data for her.
It's not ideal but it's better than losing the data. I have no idea how long the data stays on the Charge 5 so I don't risk it.
Let's hope the fix comes very early in January. Unfortunately, I don't have much faith that it will. Hopefully Fitbit prove me wrong.

@Demonic the user manual states the Charge 5 holds a full 7 days of data.
