Hi,
Have been using Charge 5 since April 2022.
2 days ago, the app is unable to collect data from my Charge 5.
I have recharge the watch to full 100% and reset it.
I tried to unpair and repair again, unfortunately, the app is able to find Charge 5 BUT unable to connect it. What seems to be the issue.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mplsfonz23. Thank you for sharing your question.
Please sync your Charge 5 with a different phone until our team resolves the issue.

@Odyssey13, thank you for sharing the data information.
Have a nice day!
Good evening Andrea, I have the same issue of not syncing with my iPhone 11, my previous Fitbit was fine, this charge 5 keeps having issues on and off for a year ?
any ideas, I’ve tried everything from uninstalling both app and watch
Best AnswerNot everyone has a different phone they can sync their fitbit with. And since we can also no longer sync with a computer kind of leaves the device useless.
I lost all my data. I'm having a hard time explaining this to my doctor for references and sleep doctors. I followed all the steps.
Best AnswerAmerican Thanksgiving around that time. Droid 13 rolling out and phones were getting updated. Zflip zfold 3's and4's
Best AnswerHow did you manage to connect? From what I can see there has not been any updates to the Fitbit app or Android.
Best AnswerSometime in November/December, Samsung sent out an update that messed up Bluetooth connections to my Charge 5 and Nest Thermostat with my Z Fold 3. Just tonight, I downloaded Samsung update F926USQU2EVL9 and am now able to sync with my Charge 5. Hopefully it's fized for everyone else.

Best AnswerThe problem was 100% created by the Android updates from Samsung/Verizon NOT Fitbit. I have been a very loyal Samsung owner for many years and got family members to switch to Samsung. Now I'm rethinking what my next phone will be.
Best AnswerWhen can we expect a fix? I have a Samsung Fold 3. I was able to connect briefly the first night I had my Charge 5. For the last month I have a useless band on my wrist since it doesn't even show the correct time. My purchase came with free subscription to Premium and I'm losing that benefit because I can't use the Fitbit for anything.
I don't have access to another phone to connect to, I just have a plastic band around my wrist, that is for decoration only.
It's frustrating!
