Unable to connect to device

I just received my charge 5 yesterday, took some time to set up and sync but got there. Looking at the settings in the app today to update some things and even though it is connected and sync’d I am getting the above error message and it won’t let me change anything… I have tried restarting the device already. Anyone have any ideas? I am using an iPhone.

Update on the above I both restarted the device and removed/reinstalled the app. Options were available to install straight away then.

I did both restart and app removal with no positive result.

I am experiencing the same problem. Takes minutes to sync. Never had this issue with charge 4. I think Bluetooth connection is unstable. Firmware update failed a few times. Initial pairing also failed. Hope to get it fixed soon. iPhone 11 Pro Max with ios 15.
