Unable to export Charge 5 ECG reports

2/5/2023 I have 2 charge 5s. My export to PDF worked for months on both.  Recently the export to PDF stopped working on both.  I hit the 'Export a PDF for your doctor', it tells me it will send me a push notification when it's ready. Nothing happens at all.

Welcome to the Community, @Henry_Kuska.

I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sharing the steps you've followed. While I understand you're not getting the notification, may I know if the reports appear on the Fitbit app? If they're not there, please confirm if you've tried the following steps:

  1. Forget your Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap Fitbit and make sure the notifications are enabled.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try taking an ECG reading one more time. Then, check if your results appear in the Heart Rhythm Assessment section under Discover.
