Add a way to have notifications from any apps and make it easier to set up your notifications for your fit bit. Particularly Charge 5

I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board as this looks more of a question. Thanks for your feedback and let me clarify the Charge 5 can receive app notifications as long as they go through your phone first. Once you receive the notification, go to the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture > Charge 5 > Notifications > App Notifications. Then, look for the app in the list and tap the toggle to turn it On. For more details, see this help article.

 

On the other hand, if this doesn't work, please reply back with more details about the issue encounter, the name of your app and the model of your phone. These details will help me to further investigate.
