Have got a new Charge 5 but when I try to set up Irregular Rhythms Notifications I just get a white screen on the app. It will not let me go back so have to restart the app to get out of it. The latest update has been installed. Any ideas anyone? Have restarted my phone (android) several times.
Hello @Alybally
Sorry to see you're having issues setting up Irregular Rhythms Notifications for your Charge 5.
There's one troubleshooting step that I can think of that you might try. See if clearing the cache for the Fitbit app allows you to continue setting up Irregular Rhythms Notifications.
If that doesn't work, please let us know. We may have to escalate your issue.

Best AnswerTried clearing the cache and that did not change anything. When the Irregular Rhythm Notification is selected, it completely hangs up the Fitbit app and it needs to be forced close by Android.
I'll do some checking around and will post back if I find any reliable workable solution for this issue.
I take it that everyone is in a region where the Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications are supported and you have your location set up in the Fitbit app. https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/irregular-rhythm

Best AnswerMy Charge 5 was working fine until two weeks ago, since then having the same issue - when trying to access data I get a white screen and the app freezes.
Support had me try several things, including everything suggested on this thread. Then they said I need an update to the app which they have not rolled out yet.
I'm currently running 4.04 and I need 4.06. No one knows, or will say, when it will be available.
Having same issue. In UK. Can set up ecg and fast and slow but not irregular rhythm detection which is why I bought it. Select the set up and goes to a grey/white screen, can't go back, can't do anything other than force close the app. Only just got the watch and app downloaded so should be latest version. No cache to clear etc.
Not a great start to my first experience of Fitbit 😕
Best AnswerLooks like there are a lot of us in the same situation - everything working except access to irregular rhythm data and history. Which is why we all al the devices. We also get the same results - grey/white screen that locks up the app. I am running the app on an Android phone for which the app update to 4.06 is still pending. Support can only tell me to wait... but they do appreciate my patience. 🙄
