I received my replacement charge 5 today to replace my last charge 5 which had a blank screen and unable to link to my iPhone 

I connected my new charge 5 to my iPhone by Bluetooth all went well until the charge 5 app told me to update the charge 5 I now have a brand new charge 5 which will not connect to my iPhone the screen is completely blank and unable to get into the watch settings if I do the three button push re-set using the charging cable I get the blue logo come on for a split second then goes off leaving me with yet another blank screen I have phoned customer services and it looks like I have to go through the process of getting a replacement I've already been without my Fitbit for several weeks and it now looks like I will be without it for a bit longer really not impressed
