I have seen many posts on here regarding the Charge 5 not recording sleep accurately. They all get the same canned response which is not only not helpful it does not even address the concerns. I have a brand new Fitbit Charge 5. I have had it about 2 weeks. I have followed all the instructions as well as all the suggested "fixes" on this forum but the sleep data is all over the place. I sleep an average of about 7 hours every single night. It has shown anything from 0 minutes to 2 or 3 hours. One time it recorded 7 hours. I have started wearing it tighter, with the sensors on the inside of my wrist and still not working. I am assuming from what I have seen on here there is no fix and no one at Fitbit is even interested in addressing the issue.
