I own and use a Fitbit Charge 5.
I recently downloaded my personal data archive to explore it and try to understand what I can about my own behavior.
In the stress subfolder, I see a series of CSV files that I am assuming correspond to different times I had done mindfulness sessions in the App.
These files are labeled something along the lines of "Mindfulness Eda Data Sessions {Date}"
Looking inside of the files, some columns seem to correspond to "session ID", the Unix timestamp of when the recording likely took place, valifdity of the data, whether to believe the activation as being true, as well as one labeled "scl_avg".
Based on the name of the column, I would have assumed that that was the average level of my skin conductance during a particular time frame. However, the values do not make sense if that is true.
From what I can tell, SCL is supposed to be in the realm of 2-20 microSiemens. However, I am getting values closer to 50 and 60. Is this using a different unit? Is the SCL being measured differently? The Mindfulness README did not explain this column beyond stating that it represents the average SCL.
Thank you for any clarity that can be provided about this!
