Unhappy with Fitbits in general

I have a Charge 5 that is unresponsive. It happened with my Charge 4 and also my Versa. Shame on me for buying the Charge 5, but I will never ever buy another Fitbit. This problem with black screens and unresponsiveness should have been handled long ago. Fitbit has been in business for a long time now, and the unreliability of their products is maddening. I've looked at all the troubleshooting answers and have tried everything. I've been unable to use my Fitbit for over a month now. I guess I'll be switching to Apple watch. I hear good things about them.

My Charge 5 died completely on July 6, I have been trying to get answers / solutions / replacement since then. I have tried all the recommended fixes, nothing works.My unit was 16 months old, it should not have expired, just like so many others on this forum. Fitbit / Google stand up and take responsibility for the damages you have caused. Replace at no cost to your loyal customers, all the non functioning Charge 5 trackers. Show that you are a reputable company.
