What do I need to do to use the ecg on the Fitbit 5????
I have the app installed. I watched the video. I tried to do what is in the video. But all I get is circle hell.
I get to the ecg screen on the Fitbit and it says tsp to start.
So I tap
It takes me to a screen that says set up.phone.
I tap that, and it says check phone.
There is a message on my phone about Fitbit ecg
I open the app, it says no results.
Then all I do is keep going though all the steps again& again.
wtf?

I had the ecg app installed already. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
So far, only thing I could see is either the Fitbit or the app is broken. App is still a **ahem** if it can't say what the problem is.

Hello again @Sbib
Although you may already have the App installed, it would be a good idea to follow the instructions that were pasted about setting it up before you try to take a reading.
Have you tried that method through the Discover Tab? It would certainly be worth a go. It sounds like you can't use the App until you work through the directions in the Introduction.
I just watched a video about it.
Go to Discover Tab on the Today Screen in the App on your phone. Tap on Health Assessments and Reports. Choose Heart Rhythm Assessments. Read the introduction, tap Get Started at the bottom of the Screen.
Check that you meet all of the criteria and then press I Confirm.
Read the Privacy Policy and tap I Agree.
Then it will run through different screens that give you information about how it works.
It will then have a video to show you how it works and then you can start using the App yourself.
Good luck!
