I wonder whether I can use fitbit versa 4 and charge 5 on the same smartphone. I had installed charge 5 on my smartphone. When I tried to install also versa 4, charge 5 was replaced instead of creating a second account.
If it is possible, what do I need to do?

Hi, @Susebill , it is easy to use both Fitbits on the same phone if you are happy to have two separate accounts - but note in that case your data will not be combined, so it probably only makes sense if there are two different people syncing their Fitbits to the same phone.
If you would like to do this, on your smart phone log out of your Fitbit app. Then on the log in screen instead of clicking “log on” click “join Fitbit”. Set up a new account with a different email address. You cannot use the same email address of your original account - each account has to have a unique address. Once you have set up a new account you can follow the instructions to set up a device.
Having done this when you want to sync each Fitbit, or check stats you can log out of one account and log into the other. You will need to do this for each Fitbit.
If it is just for you, unless you want to keep activities/steps/stats/sleep etc on each device totally separate, you will need to switch between Fitbits each time - for example if you want to wear one Fitbit day to day and a different one in the gym. Currently you cannot combine two of the more recent Fitbits on a single account.
I hope this makes sense. Welcome to the forums!
