Visible swim data on Charge 5

The Fitbit Ionic counted laps and yards, and both were visible while swimming.   This capability needs to be added to the Charge 5.   Existing charge 5 screen with a timer is near-useless.   Most pools already have a clock.   The whole idea is for the watch to count laps/ yards so we don't have to!   Having the report at the end does not help while one is swimming!.

I'm also considering to buy the Charge 5 but I'm waiting for an update to add the functions mentioned. Can Fitbit provide a timeframe? Thanks so much!

I discovered that there is suggestion to add laps and so on on Charge 5 but it is still Reviewed by Moderator.
