I returned my charge 5 & It was signed for by Amarinez on October 5th. I haven’t received my refund. I chatted with customer service and was told they see it arrived but they will be needing to forward my concern to a higher tier. I would receive an email. Unfortunately I’ve read many complaints since about people getting answers like this and not receiving a refund!! It’s $200.!! They have the Fitbit in their procession. I want my refund. Any suggestions or ideas? Has anyone experienced the same and gotten their refund?

YET ANOTHER UPDATE 10/12: My refund is now pending. Surprised! Good work Fitbit!!!!
UPDATE 10/12: Just got an email the refund approved and it’ll show up in 7-10 business days. Glad it’s coming. Taking that long is absurd!
I’m in same boat. SILVA RUIZ received my returned Charge 5 Oct. 5 at Fitbit return center. Waiting for refund. Service pretty lousy in my mind. They’re asleep. Amazon, Apple and others not sleeping!
