My charge 5 has black screen and will not rebute. It is still under warranty, and I have attempted to contact the warranty department two times now. I have uploaded purchase information twice but still have yet to hear from them. Anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve been dealing with Fitbit team to replace my defective Charge 5 for over 30 days. (after only having it for less than one month) I sent it back as instructed in good faith and after 30 days…nothing! No one from FitBit has ever followed up with me. I have had to email them every single day to find out the status of the replacement with no response or acknowledgment of my emails, nothing. I contacted live chat just about every other day to get status, and finally after a month, today according to Fitibit, my Charge 5 replacement is finally being processed. According to Fitbit “Allow 4-5 business days for us to process your replacement order”. 4 to 5 days to process the replacement, it’s been a month since I’ve been dealing with this frustrating situation. Fitbit’s customer service (or lack of it) is completely unacceptable.

@dhindz unfortunately, each time you email them, you go to the bottom of the queue as it's considered to be a new request for help. Looks like you got a response, so that is good. Just set up as a new device on an existing account if you want to keep your history.
