My fitbit charge 4 broke nearly 2 months ago I was sent within 2 days a replacement but it was the wrong colour I sent it back straight away and was told when they received it an email would be sent for me to order the correct one. Several emails and chats later proof of return etc etc keep being told the same thing. Back log , delay in shipping, out of stock etc it's been escalated etc. But no confirmation email of my replacement even though they keep saying look out for it. I've gone onto resolve who now arnt receiving emails. It's just ridiculous and all I want is my replacement. I wish now i just kept the one I was sent even though it was the wrong colour although I think this was a refurbished one as only arrived in a bag!
