Watch and app data incorrect

I had to restart my device today as it wasn't syncing with the app. When I have done this, it now says it has fully synced. However,  I did over 23000 steps yesterday and the app is only showing 1000. And this morning I have barely moved and my watch has somehow got 6000 steps and 113 zone minutes.  

So the watch has also glitched somehow.

I have a similar issue.  New Charge 5 - yesterday the tracker showed I had 9 hours with 250+ steps (hourly activity), but the app only showed 5 hours.  Tonight the tracker says 9 hours, the app says 8.  I've done all of the restarts/delete & reinstalls/ etc. It did not track sleep at all last night.
