Very frustrated here 😠
I cannot find anywhere which health and fitness info is included withOUT a premium membership on the Charge 5.
So, maybe some of you can relate to this backstory…
My charge 3’s screen died juuust out of warranty and was offered a discount because the “device may have been defective”.
I definitely don’t want to replace it with something I have to pay extra to see my own data.
Please someone tell me what data is available without Premium. And I mean outside of any free trial. Just bare bones what does this device offer? The product specs and reviews I’m reading are not clear about which features disappear once the premium trial period runs out.

Hello @Sausie
I don't have Premium.
For Sleep, I can see my score, the main stages and percentages spent in each stage. I can also compare it against my 30 day average and the Benchmark for people my age. I also get an estimated oxygen variation.
Behind the paywall is: Sleeping heart rate, and restlessness.
With stress management I get a score but you need to pay to get a full breakdown to show what affects your score.
In Health Metrics I can see everything for about a week. That is: Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Skin Temperature, SpO2 and Resting Heart Rate.
Behind the paywall is: Personal ranges and 30-day trends.
I can't get a Daily Readiness Score because that needs Premium.
I also can't get the ECG App (although available without Premium) because I live in a country that hasn't approved it yet.
I hope that helps you a bit.

Hi @Sausie - Here is the best information I have found to answer your question. You will have to scroll down several screens to get to the chart, but there is a clear comparison of what is available with premium and what is not. I hope this helps.

So free doesn't give you sleep info (per that chart)? That could be deal breaker.

Hi @Wibby ! Very helpful. Sleeping heart rate and restlessness used to be included and health metrics trends were graphed over multiple months with averages and benchmark for age like you describe the sleep data. Does it show any activity breakdowns —calories burned, heart rate zones like cardio, fat burn, etc? Thanks again for the information!

Hello @Sausie
It shows breakdowns for exercises like this:
Is that the kind of thing you mean? If there’s anything you’d like to check, let me know and I’ll try to upload screenshots.
