What a disappointment that is
Fitbit Charge 5.... I've been using Fitbit for many years, since the very first Charge Watch. 2 years ago I bought my FIRST Charge 5. It lasted a year, barely after the warranty period, the battery started to drain in a few hours.
Contacted Fitbit at the time but NEVER got any support. It was a problem with the new upgrade interfering with the battery or something like that and would get fix with the next upgrade but it never got with ANY upgrade. Being a Fitbit lover, I thought it was pure bad luck and bought a SECOND
Charge 5. Guess what??
Same thing happened. I bought that second Charge 5 in July, 2022 and 5 days ago, the battery draining problem started again. That time again I contacted Fit it support, did everything they told me to try and fix it and when it didn't change
anything, they told me I would receive an email with some warranty document in the next 2 hours. Wow! Was I impressed! Well, it's been 5 days now and I still didn't get that email. I can't believe that a huge company like Google has such crapy products. I am so so so disappointed by how unreliable it is 😞
