What's the problem

My fitbit stopped showing when I'm in Cardio and Fat burning. It used to vibrate to tell me.

If you like getting those notifications, you can get them back by scrolling down from the Clock Face to Settings, tap, then scroll up until you get to Heart Zone Notifications and toggle it on.  That should bring them back.

As an extra precaution, for any Exercise Shortcuts you would like to be notified during, tap them, tap Start, then scroll up and check that they are switched on there too (if available).

Did you update the firmware for your Charge 5 recently?  I have these settings turned off because they annoy me but after the update, they turned back on.  After an update, it's probably worth checking again.

Thank you Wibby for taking the time to help. Unfortunately, when I scroll
down from the clock face, there is not a heart zone notifications offered.
I don't get it. But I'll save your instructions and keep trying.

From the Clock Face on your Charge 5, scroll down.  You'll see: Payments, DND Mode, Sleep Mode, Screen Wake, Water Lock, then Settings.  Tap that.  Then scroll up.  You'll see Display Settings, Quiet Modes, Heart Rate, then Heart Notifications (the one you want).  Make sure both that one AND Heart Rate are toggled to on (you should see a blue circle).
