How do I turn off the annoying notifications for you are in Cardio, Peak,fat burn?

Hello @Georgesmiththe and welcome to the Community.  The heart zone notifications and how to turn them off (because, yes, they really are annoying) are described in this Help article.   You need to turn them off in every individual exercise shortcut and in the main Settings app on the device to get them all.

@Georgesmiththe  if you don't want to turn notifications off individually, you can set up custom HR zone and this will turn off notifications. Kind of work around to get rid of that annoyance quickly.
