The screen seems to be locked on time and date. the date and time are okay, just can't scroll

charge it, on the charging wire there is a button, push it a few times and the fitbit will unlock

I'm still charging . I did press wire but nothing changed .  It has 7-27 and 4:20 am

if pressing the reset button while charging isn’t working then you might have to send it back, make sure you are holding the button down for 3-5 seconds each time you attempt to reset
