I have a charge 5. I go on here to ask a question. 
I get an IMMEDIATE notification that I’m not allowed. 
WHAT IS UP WITH THIS????

AM I NOT A VALUED CONSUMER OF FITBIT??????

this is my 4th Fitbit device. 
Are you trying to tell me something????????

also my wife is on her third Fitbit device. Should I be telling her that my recommendation is incorrect???

Got in contact with customer support.

basically half hour of my life I will not get back. 
totally worthless!!!!!!

Yep same I have Been fighting with them to. I have only Been using the app since June of this year and I loved everything about it. It was working well with my disability. Then they started messing with it and I lost the sleep tile. Well come to find out they changed the setting from Android phones users to only watches big mistake on there part. So now I can know longer use the sleep  tile because they changed it to only watches.
