Hello. Does anyone know how to get my WhatsApp messages through to my charge 5?

Hello @KRobbo19 

 

If you go to the Today Screen in the App on your phone, then tap your Profile picture, then Charge 5, you should see Notifications.  Tap that and you can see Calls, Text messages and Calendar Events that you can toggle On or Off.

 

Under that there's App Notifications.  If you tap on that, it brings up a list of connected apps you can choose to turn On or Off.  If What's App isn't listed, scroll up to the top and there's a search box.  Type it in and select when it comes up.  Remember to sync your Charge 5 afterwards.

Hi! I’ve tried this and even if I search for WhatsApp it doesn’t appear on the search. I’ve had recent messages through too.
