Where are my workouts?!

I am missing tons of  workout data all of a sudden.  For example, I worked out every single day in December, with the exception of Christmas Day.  The Fitbit app is only showing me 17 days of exercise.  There is no way I can burn in excess of 3200 calories on a day listed as "no exercise" in the app.  Loss of data is unacceptable, as is the removal of the Fitbit Dashboard online.  Additionally, when I tried to download my activity, the data downloaded did not show the workouts as workouts, just calories burned and minutes in zones.  This isn't allowing us to track our data.  Loss of data is unacceptable.

Yes, I did force stop the app.  Yes, I did shutdown and restart my phone.

Hello @trekcelt

There's a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data, including workouts. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

Please submit this as a bug report using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app and select Feedback in the popup menu
  • Complete the prompts and submit

Although you're not likely to get a response, the team receives & reviews all submitted reports.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
