Since yesterday there’s no graph showing, normally I can see the zones and my heart rate… now nothing
I have an iPhone, I’ve restarted both the watch and the phone but it’s not helping

If you click on an individual activity, mine shows the graph, but I can no longer see what my max heart rate was for activities.

I’ve done that many times but no graphs are showing 😞

Welcome to the ‘improved’ app. You will notice that you can’t categorise activities either. All you can do is give feedback and hope some of it seeps through the bureaucracy.

Too bad… it feels old and outdated … what were they thinking ….

Exactly the same problem. It's really annoyed me! I had no control over this design change, I don't like the "new" design. I actually liked the old design. I can't believe they done this. This is meant to be a consumer product not some work product when there is typically no choice. It just plain arrogance, but this is not a monopoly I have choice there are other smart watches out there and I will exercise that choice. Bye bye Fitbit!

Crazy! Average HR and Peak HR no longer listed in exercise data!

It’s no fun… there are no graphs … I looked forward to seeing that after a workout … now… what’s the point

The "new design" is a complete fail but they won’t admit it. Instead they keep tinkering around the edges of this now useless app. I would not have bought the Charge 5 (with its improved color and information rich capability had I known they were doing to destroy the utility of the iPhone app.

Same problem
therefore I downgrade the rate of the app

I agree with everyone. The latest update only made the previous update worse. I hate the lack of information in my exercise periods. The app display also is difficult to navigate and looks very old fashioned. They better fix things or I will consider a new exercise tracker.

What I'm seeing is that graphs appear (with some delay) when I view activity details of an activity I started from the Fitbit. For example, if I'm going on a walk, i start the walk activity from the Fitbit device by tapping on the "walk" icon. It tracks my route using GPS, etc. After the walk, when I view details of the walk activity using the app, I see graphs of my heart rate and calories burned. HOWEVER, if I let the Fitbit auto-track an activity, when I later view the details of that activity in the app, no graphs appear at all, instead I just see basic information, like total steps, total calories burned, etc. The old version of the app used to show graphs for every activity, no matter what it was or how it was recorded.
Interestingly, if I view activity details in the Fitbit website under the Log heading, graphs do appear and I see all the details about every activity. I can also change the name of an activity, which is no longer possible using the app.
If you want to view the full details of your activities, including graphs, i would recommend going to the website. The app has been stripped of functionality and is no longer as useful as the website.

What possible rationale could they have for removing information? I can no longer see the peak HR and it now rounds down the elapsed time of activity rather than report minutes and seconds. The information is still available on the website (for now, at least). In what world would they have thought this is an improvement?

I would like this and the old UI back too, seems google like UIs that take away the value from the customer…

The new update is terrible! I like to see my max heart rate and see the zone minutes divided up! I just started to like this feature and they changed it! Change for the sake of change isn’t always a good business practice! They had a decent thing going!

Im repeating my earlier note to Fitbit here. I hope someone responds and, hopefully, gives us back this data:
FITBIT…Why can I no longer see data in graphics and bar charts for INDIVIDUAL exercises?!?!? Now I only get what happens all day long and have to go searching for that. This is a terrible step backwards in my opinion. That was one of my favorite things. PLEASE bring back the graph, bar chart ( peak, cardio, fat burn, etc.), for individual exercises. I’m shattered.

I responded here a few weeks ago that I could still see the graphs on my app after the new update when I clicked on the activity (though they removed the peak heart rate). Well...as of this morning, I cannot see the graphs any more. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything new with the app. I guess they just now got around to removing that feature from my app. It seems so specific that it must be intentional rather than some oversight--so I don't have hope it is coming back. Why is google/fitbit removing features and data? My guess is that they want to make you pay a subscription to see it.

Although I was one of those who complained that the new app no longer has exercise heart rate graphs, I am finding that these are displayed if you manually start and stop the exercise. In the past, I relied on auto-recognition, which now results in no graphs.
