Which hand

H all, when setting up my Charge 5 it asked which hand it would be worn on. Having a proper watch on my left wrist I selected the right hand. Setup then said this was not an option. So why ask the question? However, I've had it on my right wrist for a couple of days and it seems to be working okay ( step counting etc.)

I suggest you check the message.  I have never seen a Fitbit ask which hand, then say what you selected is not an option.  Did it perhaps ask if dominant or non-dominant hand when you were expecting it to ask left or right?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I know what I saw.  But thanks anyway for a response.

@Fenboy   Did you see this when you were setting up the ECG?  Your Charge 5 will ask you this.  It records a Lead I ECG.  In simple terms, it's a direction thing.  I don't understand why it would tell you that right isn't an option.  I can't verify your experience because I gave my Charge 5 to my son in law.
