I just got my fitbit charge 5 for less than 2 weeks. I have been wearing it to play sports and exercise but today a white line appears on the screen. Unfortunately, the white line just wont go away. Is anyone here encountering the same thing?

Hello, it's a bright white line that got stuck on the screen - definitely not the update download line. Anyway, i got in touch with the customer support and they've confirmed that it is a display issue and will send a replacement. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Hi, @jwlow, welcome to the community, provided this is not the update download line (a white single line that is at half screen height and extends from left to right to indicate an update download) you should talk to "Customer Support" here. Use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
