got Fitbit charge 5 today - followed instructions to connect to Wi-Fi - there is nothing to press to allow for it to happen . Phone is newest iPhone - , newest update - reinstalled app multiple times . Talked to customer service and they are perplexed .
help !

Hello @javyyogi and welcome to the Community. When you say you are following instruction to connect to wi-fi, are you getting instructions to connect to your home wi-fi? Fitbit's smartwatches can connect to wi-fi for things like software updates, but the Charge 5 doesn't have a wi-fi chip. It only has Bluetooth. I'm sure that's why CS is perplexed. My advice is to ignore this.
I know my signature says I use a Charge 5, but I gave it away, so I can't check my app to verify the setup.
