I have a Charge 4 with a premium membership that renewed within the last 60 days. Does the remaining time carry over to a new Charge 5? Will the "free" 6 months replace my remaining time, or will it be added to the end? Is a credit available?
I want to buy the new one but don't want to throw away my remaining time on my premium membership.

Hi, @Warrenbof , Premium membership is for an individual, not per tracker, so your membership will carry on just the same whichever Fitbit you are using.
The free trial, however, is ordinarily only for new Premium users, so you won’t have any months added to your existing membership.
