Just ordered Charge 5. Can I transfer data from my Altra HR? I have badges that I would like to retain.

All of your data is saved in your Fitbit account, linked to your email address.  All of your badges and so on will be safe.

 

When you get your new Charge 5, don’t forget to sync your old device again just before you do the switchover so you don’t lose your data and steps for that day.

 

 I hope you like it when you get it!
