Won’t sync or update and now blank screen and zero lights on back

As of Saturday afternoon, my Fitbit stopped syncing. Then wouldn’t do the update. Sunday night, I got a blank screen and zero flashing green lights on the back. Tried plugging into the charger to see if that would help knowing I had more than 50% left of battery life. Ugh help me please

So after trying to restart my watch, it finally decided to respond. Grrrr
