I played basketball this morning and recorded first as a "run" and then for the last part as a "workout". After both recordings, I could see a summary of the recording that included the time, calories, max and average heart rate...etc. In other words, it seemed to accurately record the activity--however, neither activity uploaded to my app. This happen to anyone else? Can it be fixed after the fact?

Hello @dz1234
I've seen users report that their recorded workouts don't show up in the app. However, when they get their weekly Fitbit progress email, that shows the correct number of exercise days. Check your progress report email when you get it on Monday to see if your workout data was correctly tracked.
I believe this issue has already been escalated and the team is working on fixing the problem. I haven't seen a timeline for fix or any updates yet.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue seems to be on the Fitbit side.

This issue started on Sept. 1st for me. None of my workouts are showing on my app since then, but are clearly being tracked on my device as normal. After over 3 months with no resolution or update this is concerning. The functionality was broken and needs to be fixed asap. What is the status on this being escalated?
