This charge 5 is 4 months old, does not register sleep or oxygen, now date and time are off by 2 days and several hours. Seems no resolution. 150$ for 4 months of watch????? Really!!!

Hi, @Lynnepelletier, welcome, this sounds like your Charge 5 is not syncing. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide guidance and advice.
