Maybe this perspective will be helpful:
AZMs (active zone minutes) is based on activity (movement over a period time) coupled with intensity of a workout (represented by an elevated heart rate). For example a walk even when set up as an exercise might not register active zone minutes if you are not walking briskly enough to elevate your heart rate.

Hello @MontiBabson
Could you please add details ? Is your heart rate in active zones but no zone minutes are recorded ? Or something else ?

That day I had gone for an hour long walk. When I got home I saw not 1 Zone Minute showing. Very frustrating. I'm ready to remove Zone Minutes from the app.

@MontiBabson AZMs is a metric that can be used to show improvement. The very fact you are going for an hour walk is beneficial. The goal is not to get AZMs the REAL goal is to get healthier from an increase in activity. Continue to walk and let the activity be the goal and just see what metrics are achieved. Just make doing the activity consistently the goal. The fitness trackers just help to push us a little more and to see trends over time.
